When you (or your account administrator) purchased Terrain Navigator Pro, you created an account with a username and password. This is the same username and password for accessing the TNP Mobile App. For your convenience, this information is displayed in your copy of the Terrain Navigator Pro desktop software when opening the File menu and choosing Preferences, Subscription and User Account.
Please press the Back button, and then enter the Username and password displayed in the Subscription and User Account Preferences of the Terrain Navigator Pro desktop software to access the Account/Product Maintenance section of this web site.
In the event that you do not have access to the Terrain Navigator Pro desktop software, you may reset your password below. However, please be aware that resetting your password will corrupt the registration for any existing copy of the Terrain Navigator Pro PC software registered in your account. Should you choose to reset your password, you will also need to reset it in all existing installations of Terrain Navigator Pro that you have registered previously. This is done by opening the File menu of Terrain Navigator Pro, selecting Preferences, Subscription and User Account, and pressing Change Login.
If you don’t have access to your existing password via the Subscription and User Account Preferences of the Terrain Navigator Pro desktop software, or you have not installed the Terrain Navigator Pro desktop software on your PC, you may enter your Username here, and we'll send you a new password to the email address associated with that Username. If you don't receive your email within 15 minutes or so, please contact us at 1-800-627-7236 or TNPsupport@trimble.com and we will help you reset your password manually. Once you click the Reset button, you will be redirected to the login page. You can then use the new password emailed to you to complete your login.
